How much does delivery from Russia cost and in which way do you arrange it?
Delivery is arranged in 3 ways:
– by regular post according to weight, receiving in the post office; tariffs
– EMS (courier delivery at door) – also by postal service, only priority avia-delivery, a parcel is given to the courier for delivery at door; tariffs
– our own logistics, delivery is made through our warehouse in Berlin (Germany) and Triest (Italy). A parcel from Russia is taken by our transport, delivered to EU with customs processing and duty payment, and delivered by DHL from Berlin and GLS from Triest to the client’s address. This way is right when there is no direct postal delivery to the client’s country. The cost of delivery is calculated individually, you can ask for it in comments to the placed order or use online chat.
Which country you can’t deliver to by Russian post?
Postal service isn’t available to the countries listed below but we can deliver them through our warehouse in Germany or Italy.
– Australia
– Poland
– Finland
– New Zealand
Delivery to these countries is carried out through our warehouse in Berlin, because there is no direct communication with Russia
Is it necessary to pay duty at receiving?
All the parcels arriving from the border are subject to customs processing. Cheap enclosures go at once to the post office or at door. If the item is more expensive than 25 euros, then for receiving a parcel it’s necessary to register and pay customs duties. In every country requirements are different, specify in your local customs office.
Examples of shipments:
- The shipment of books to Italy, 5 copies, at the cost of 3000 roubles (35 euros) on 18.12.2023 :
= the order with commission is 50 euros, the cost of shipment is 68 euros, repacking is 9 euros. The client paid duty at receiving ~30% of invoice cost.
- The shipment of spares (luggage rack for a car), weight is 35 kg, 80000 roubles (~900 euros) to Spain
= the order to pay with commission for buying-out is 980 euros, the shipment was arranged by our own logistics: RF – Berlin warehouse (autos), Berlin – Spain (DHLb 2 parcels), 585 euros + repacking is 32 euros. The client doesn’t pay duty at receiving.
- The shipment of a watch at the cost of 65000 roubles (~812 euros) to Italy
= the order for 900 euros, delivery by EMS (by courier at door) is 76 euros, repacking is 9 euros. Duties are paid at receiving – 30% of invoice cost.
- The shipment of a secondhand Channel bag which costs 550000 roubles (6125 euros) to Hawaii (USA)
= the order for 6700 euros, the shipment about RF is 29 euros, the shipment to Hawaii through the warehouse in Berlin is 160 euros, at receiving the client doesn’t pay duties. There is no direct delivery to the islands of the USA, the client asked to calculate at door.
- The shipment of vintage clothes, 3 items at the cost of 1800000 roubles (20500 euros), weight is 5 kg, a parcel to the USA.
= the order is for 22100 euros, the cost of EMS delivery to the USA at door is 160 euros, repacking is 18 euros, additional customs processing is 15 euros. The parcel is delivered to the address duty-free.
Important!
For shipment, it’s necessary to fill in names of items, their quantity and cost in the form of the order. The name should be exact, general notions are not allowed: souvenirs, gifts, clothes, cosmetics, make-up, spares etc., otherwise the parcel can be restrained on customs and returned to the sender.
How is the order being processed?

* If you need to buy out several goods at once from one seller, then indicate all the links to goods, quantity “1” and total sum in the comment to the order.
- After our manager having verified and confirmed the order, you can proceed to checkout.
Payment of orders is available on the site by PayPal, a credit card and bank account details.
- Payment of an item is made immediately in working hours. After buying-out of the item, details of purchase and terms of delivery to our warehouse in Russia will be indicated in the comment to the order.
- Shipment is available after warehouse processing according to weight and dimensions.Tarrifs

How do sellers in Russia accept payment and how do they send parcels?
– individuals accept payment only on their credit card.
– shops and companies accept payment on the card, by bank account details and on the site though payment aggregator.
– for buying out goods from a private person, the manager asks for the possibility of payment and delivery to our address in Russia; for buying out from a corporate person, payment is made by a credit card on the site of the seller.
Private persons and companies prefer delivery by post; courier and transport companies – to a parcel issue point in the city of the beneficiary. The most popular way of sending parcels around RF is post, SDEK, Business Lines, PEK.
Example:
A seller sends from Novosibirsk a 7 kg parcel with books by courier company SDEK to a parcel issue point in Moscow. The cost of delivery is 1300 roubles (~16 euros), the cost of taking the parcel is 15 euro. In all, in the form of the order the manager adds the cost of delivery around RF 31 euros.
– receiving a parcel in Russia is held in a parcel issue point, in a post office or on the warehouse of a transport company; the cost of receiving for parcels up to 5 kg is 15 euros, up to 20 kg is 30 euros.
Can I use your address in Russia for purchases?
Using our address for purchases in Russia is relevant for those clients which have a Russian credit card for payment of an item in Russia.
It’s not worth counting on that the seller will send at door, most likely he will send to a parcel issue point and you will have to take it, that’s why while buying indicate the surname and name of our manager as the beneficiary of the parcel (look on the presonal account on the site), and don’t forget to inform us, if the parcel has arrived and it’s necessary to take it (you can indicate that in the comment to the order, by email or in online chat).
What goods are forbidden to send?
– weapons, weapon elements and spares to them
– banknotes
– goods of war destination, including war clothes
– goods containing alcohol, acetone, ballons under pressure
– plants, seeds
*because of sanctions a lot of goods can be forbidden to send; specify the cost of delivery and possibility with our manager in the comment to the order or in online chat on the site.
**we don’t send credits cards, securities, letters either; electronic information carriers are checked for presence of forbidden content.
If the order is placed, but the item is out of stock, how to return the money?
In case the order is placed by the client and paid but buying-out is impossible due to absence or impossibility of delivery, the money is returned to the client’s balance or to the bank account from which the payment was made. Demand is sent in free form or from personal account on the site.
